David co-founded Harthill in 1995. He has been designing and delivering transformational leadership programmes to senior executives for over twenty years.
He is highly regarded for his contribution in developing Harthill’s Leadership Development Profile (LDP) - an insightful lens for understanding the effectiveness and development of leaders and organisations.
David has co-authored several books on leadership and has co-written the
award winning Seven Transformations of Leadership article for Harvard Business Review, which is included in HBR’s 10 Must Reads On Leadership.
